Messung sehr geringer elektrischer Widerst\u00e4nde, typischerweise im Bereich von 1 Milliohm (0,001 \u03a9) bis zu einigen Ohm \u2013 Werte, die f\u00fcr Standard-Multimeter zu klein sind, um sie genau zu messen.<\/p><p>Ein Pr\u00e4zisionsinstrument zur Messung sehr geringer elektrischer Widerst\u00e4nde, typischerweise <b>im Milliohm- (m\u03a9) oder sogar Mikroohm-Bereich (\u00b5\u03a9)<\/b><\/p><p>Es verwendet die <b>Kelvin-Messmethode (Vier-Leiter-Messung)<\/b>, um Fehler durch Messleitungen und Kontaktwiderst\u00e4nde zu eliminieren.<\/p><p>Bei der Messung sehr kleiner Widerst\u00e4nde kann der Widerstand der Messleitungen und Messkontakte vergleichbar mit dem gemessenen Widerstand oder sogar gr\u00f6\u00dfer sein.<\/p><p>Beispiel:<\/p><ul><li>Messleitungswiderstand: 0,1 \u03a9<\/li><li>Bauteilwiderstand: 0,005 \u03a9 (5 m\u03a9)<\/li><\/ul><p>Ein normales 2-Leiter-Messger\u00e4t w\u00fcrde einen ungenauen Messwert liefern, da es <b>sowohl<\/b> den Leitungswiderstand als auch den Bauteilwiderstand misst.<\/p><p><b>Die 4-Leiter-Kelvin-Methode l\u00f6st dieses
